CrossFit almost killed me!

But it was worth it.

50 squats. 40 sit ups. 5 burpees. 10 pushups. 6 minutes of hell.

... And I kind of liked it.

  1. Congrats on the Crossfit obstacle. I have actually never tried Crossfit yet, but have heard good things. Hopefully soon I can get started too!

    1. I think everyone should totally try it. It was one of those scary exercise things that I was shaking in my boots about but it does feel damn good to finish. Even if it was only like HALF a CF class, it felt like a huge hurdle!

  2. Love this. I make that same comment -- that it almost killed me -- every time I go to CrossFit. I love it though!!! Looks like everyone had a blast at Fitbloggin. I must go next year.
