However, I don't like mushroom ANYTHING so I swapped out the cream of mushroom for cream of potato and added onions, potatoes and carrots to the crock pot. Then I served it with crescent rolls and steamed broccoli.
I think it turned out awesome!!
And it made 8 servings at 9 WW points a piece. Not TERRIBLY diet friendly, but very doable!
